Preventive Care & Laboratory Assessment
Members may elect to add evidence-based preventive evaluations and laboratory testing, including:
- Cardiometabolic risk assessment
- Standard and advanced laboratory testing
- Cancer screening guidance
- Endocrine and metabolic evaluation when clinically appropriate
- Longitudinal trend monitoring
All testing is ordered based on medical appropriateness. Laboratory services are billed separately.
This practice does not provide enhancement, longevity, or performance medicine and avoids unnecessary testing or treatment.
